Hi, you'll need to take this slowly and take time to research everything thoroughly before responding. If your course provider is sure level 3 is more appropriate then the level 2 it would be good to explain your situation most strongly and help equip your tutor/assessor when they deliver course material that develops/supports your learning. Ask which books they recommend to help build your underpinning knowledge & understanding.
If you have copies of your setting's policies, procedures and your job role/expectations that lists duties and responsibilitites take time to understand them, it'll make your professional position far clearer when it comes to knowing how to deal, manage and handle aspects of daily practice.
For the case examples, this may help you explore the situations a little more..
1. Take a look at ADHD, your setting's policy for outings and risk assessment outside of the setting.
2. This helps to explore the social and medical models of disability and looks at a local community's commitment to making its natural areas accesible to everyone. Ask what would happen to the wheels of the chair if it were pushed through the mud, would this prevent you from taking keira on the walk. Exclusion is not an option in care provision although paradoxically it happens and can be considered direct and indirect discrimination, how could you work to ensure Keira's inclusion and participation on the walk.
3. This will depend on the setting's policies and procedres as to how Tariq's behaviour is known and managed. You could ask what if .. he was removed from where the visitor is - what would happen if he declined/refused moving on and what would his exclusion from the speaker's visit mean for him, his learning, social interactions and the setting. The visitor could be asked to reloacate which might be seen as reinforcing or rewarding the negative way Tariq behaved helping him to understand how particular behaviour achieves a goal. You could ask if there a system or approach in place that invites visitors to speak after a meeting to discuss what will happen occurs. How is Tariq was asked about his feelings on a pending visit, is the visitor invited to tour the rooms, engage with individiual children to introduce themeselves/get to know them before beginning the speech.
Is safeguarding and child protection considered to ensure the visitor is never put in a position that enables an allegation to be made against them and that the children are continually protected.
4. Examine Muscular Dystrophy more closely and the impact physical exercise has on muscle mass, tone and the deterioration that can occur when exercise is lessened.
