Think about what areas you would like to learn more about. What intrests you have and what are you good at. If it is communication, creativity, or physical. This will help in choosing.
Some can have more assistment and a single project/ activerty may cover many units.
Also if your assessor is good they willbe able to cross ref to other units knowing your folder.
