for 3.2 i also wrote about policies and procedures that are in place within your setting such as:
- Nappy changing policy and procedure
- Positive behaviour policy and procedures
- supervision of outings/visits policy and procedure
- Safeguarding children and child protection policy and procedure
- Safeguarding children and child protection procedures on photography and video
- Information sharing policy and procedure
- whistle blowing policy and procedure
i also stated that all policies and procedures are on show to parents/carers/visitors etc
