Ofsted is carrying out a review of all the information we hold about social care providers. We are also looking at whether the certificates of registration comply with the latest regulations and guidance.
All children’s homes will have received a letter from us with two forms. One form sets out the information we currently hold about a registration for providers which you need to amend if necessary. Please complete the questions on the second form to help us ensure that we are applying the correct conditions of registration.
