Discrimination and prejudice interfere with a child’s right to have access to equality of inclusion. Setting and practitioners should always work towards inclusion. Inclusion means to break down the barriers to belonging. By breaking down the barriers we make sure that all children can be a part of the setting. We do this by ensuring that every child has opportunities to achieve which are as good as the opportunities experienced by other children. By making sure that all children are a part of the setting we are opening up equality of opportunity and promoting positive attitudes to diversity. We can then ensure that a diverse range of children can benefit and participate within our setting.
Any help?? xx
