eyfs is the minimum you should be striving for it is legislation and as such has to be met, how you do it is best practice! using the continuing research, reading and sharing in a community of practice to discuss and implement best practice, CPD, using Ey advisors to support and guide and training is the key to BP not the eyfs. the eyfs are the reg requirements. your setting may be buying into a QA scheme like the pla one but nowadays many setting use consultancies to ensure the Q gains. have you had any teaching on this unit?
