I've been given a few bits to add to unit 409. And my brain has shut down.
In terms of CLL assessment, can you give me an example of how you reflect on practice and how you encourage staff to reflect?
HELP!
All i can think of is getting staff to complete CLL assessment tool, to identify what we do well and dont do well. Any other suggestions?
