I too am working thro 305, am currently working on K3C238 and am too struggling with it all... yeah so many policies, its ok reading them but can be hard putting them in your own words..
So far, I typed in the different policies needed ie every child matters in the google search and also using this site, by typing the needed policy...

In the meantime if anyone else has anything to add to K3C238 - 305 I would much apreciate it...
