Deputy
The other deputy who I will be working with has a few problems with the new boss.
She was called in and told her work was not good enough and there was doubt that she would be made Deputy.She must prove herself!Think there may be a personality difference.
She is excellent and one that I would be more than happy to employ.
She was given the offer in writing.If she is told that the job is no longer hers,what are her rights?
The new boss will not be qualified till January,can he run the group?There will be two other girls untrained.Is it still half the staff must be trained?
No wonder there was a lot of whispering in the kitchen!!
