Wide Eyed Clown Hair!
Simple, take one paper/polystyrene bowl, turn upside-down, lotsa PVA followed by lotsa bright strips of wool! You could pierce 2 holes and knot wool/string/ribbon in place so the kids can tie it onto their heads and run around!:hyper:
