It is something to be proud of. Putting best practice into place to ensure ratios are maintained is an achievement. Just because its a requirement doesn't detract from the effort involved.
Chloe, we were paid for a set amount of time for record keeping - can't remember specific hours now sorry. We also did a lot of unpaid work to meet the group's own needs, not something that's recommended but at the time done because of the value placed in the work and the severe lack of funding, like to think that wasn't so much the case now
