Well done you Linz, I know there is a lot of funding flying about at the minute, and with the big push to have a more upskilled staffing team, this might seem like a good idea, but you are doing the right thing by doing your 3 hun, honestly. The knowledge and experiance you will gain at level 3 will be so beneficial to you and your setting, and when you are ready, the level four will be too.
Have a look at awarding bodies websites ( i dont know if i am allowed to mention names on here) but there is one that you can look at the level four standards, and see the level of knowledge and understanding that is required of you. Try
