hiya...... i think your on the right the lines i wrote about the CYPS children and young peoples services, Early Years Support teams,local training available, Area SENCO's, children's trusts and volunatary organisations, public facilities i.e libraries etc, advice burearus i.e family support, domestic violence, nspcc, barnardos etc!!!!!!! hope this helps
