i cant make sense of this question, i just cant get my head around it..i'm confused as what to write, and where to start, when it says implications-does that mean problems? am i supposed to show a 'for' and 'against' answer? or talk about other people influencing an observation? or have i just read into this wrong? i cant work out the wording it doesnt make sense to me, i'd REALLY appreciate some help...
