Hi
Obviously there are different types of magnetic sticks and balls -some especially designed for younger children.

Just one thought though, if anyone has concerns, the regulations state that the current toys on the shelves need to be removed. Packaging of these types of toys or a sticker put on the box showing the warning clearly, has to be done. Does this mean that some items will not be remanufactured in a more safe way? If manufacturers/importers/suppliers/retailers only have to show a warning sticker could these go on older stock and which are then put out for sale?

Perhaps patience before rushing out to replace these types of toys is needed.

These regulations refered to magnetic toys and also toys with magnetic components - so the toys in our settings which this regulation refers to may not be as obvious as you may initially think!!
