Local Safetguarding children - look on your local county council under education and they lay out the local safeguearding children strategy and provides you wih information on what this and how they help etc
EYFS also have a section on the legal side of safeguearding children it states what your on polices must have in them to nbe complient with ofsted.
you can also search the sageguearding cildren website whih will also help with this question and tackles several issues
Local Safety would be again looking at your local education on the county council websites to see what initiates they have in place these change depending on the focus. I really feel your best bet is the EYFS Statutory guidance. Again look at the referal list whih each local authority has to have who are the other agencies on this it maybe socialworkers who could work for the council or NSPCC etc. If you need any more help just mail me
