Hiya,

A good way to look at this is in the definitions of the words - Management can be in the handling of policies, procedures, routines, staffing, resources and expectations. Leadership is a way of taking things - ideas, new information, own aspirations etc .. forward, not necessarily as a lead but in guidance and in accordance with any of the management requirements that accompany the job/situation.
