can anyone shead a little ray of light on the term 'programmed learners' for me.
i have searched and searched but still i not sure exactly what it means..
is it that a child is pre-programmed to learn skills like language???
i have googled it but havent come up with anything, my mind is a bit scrabbled with this unit.
am i on the right tracks????
