The rights of all children for participation and equality of acess and how this affects the provision.I basically wrote about how we strive to include all children the advice we seek to help them feel part of our group.
i wrote about equal rights to all activities, safe environment no bullying, helping children with EAL, children from different backgounds eg travellers, seeking approriate advice to help inclusion, sen and disabilities seeking advice form EYA. Seeking advice from health visitor regarding children from different social backgrounds or social worker, i wrote about how we make all parents and children feel welcome with a cheery hello and telling them snippets about their childs day when they collect etc.
