Hi I have covered this bit by using short statements on the Un Convention on the rights of the child. Also Short bits on Care Standards Act 2000, Special Needs And disability act 2001, working together to safeguard childrent 2006,Race Relations Act 2000,Health and Safety at work act 1974 + COSHH, then all policies that relate to the above, ie, health and safety, Equal Ops, Special Needs.
