Zero Rated Vat petition

Hi, I have started a petition at http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/vatchildcare/ at the moment we are exempt from Vat - this would mean we would become zero rated and would be able to claim the VAT back on purchases.

Please sign and pass it on to everyone else
