assessor knowledge questions
 

i am currently stuck on question 10; what are your standardisation and quality assurance procedures? is it talking about my college procedures? if anyone knows of any good websites or book to do with the 36 questions would really be appreciated :thumbsup:

Hi I'm new on this forum but not new to Ccld & A1 assessment. Hopefully I can help. Go to amazon & type in The NVQ assessor handbook - I have always used the Ros Ollin one for assessors and verifiers 2004 see it has been updated in 2008 with 4 stars! Very useful book

The question you are asking relates to procedurers of the assessment centre with regards to how all assessors in the team make sure they understand the units they are assessing and are looking for similiar evidance. Quality assurance - you need to explain the internal verification procedures of your centre.
