hi recently started my level 4 and already banging my head against a wall been asked to do 404 and just dont know where to start.
any ideas ???????:banghead:

Well, what's 404 and we may be able to help. I didn't do 4 as it didn't exist then, I did ADCE back then instead

sorry 404 is reflecting on reviewing and developing own practice was wondering if peer ods was a good idea for this ?

peer obs would be a great way - could you video and look back at it with the person you observed so that they can see things in it too? Sometimes this is really useful. I remember watching myself doing story and songtime and there was a little ASD boy who we thought wasn't tuning in at all, but watching the video we realised he was! It showed me how I could help him to become more involved with him during that time, and what I'd been missing because I was looking at the rest of the children too
