Hi I am struggling with unit 412 and need some help!

k4d972 - How to set up systems and procedures to monitor and evaluate the environemnt for children and families, the types of system that are most appropriate, and how to introduce these or to develop those that are already in place!!

How about your continuous provision plan, your operational plan, parental questionnaires, simple things like monitoring room temperature, checking and working to correct ratios. How you monitor and evaluate your planning - staff meetings and things - is that any help?
