Hi all!!

Really stuck on this knowledge evidence question..can anyone help?

How to set up systems and procedures to monitor and evaluate the environment for children and families, the types of system that are most appropriate and how to introduce these or develop those that are already in place.

Does it mean risk assessments etc?
Am almost finished but this one is draining me!!!
