Don't forgett to include re-negotiating deadlines if you can't meet them. Ensure that people are aware that you haven't forgotten them and have their request on your to do list ( no matter if it's at the bottom ;)

thanx for help is it me of dosome of the knowledge questions seem short some I seem to waffle and write war and peace others I dont seem to manage much!!???
