How you may adapt your practice in the early learning so that all children of different ages gender and ethnicity, needs and abilites are catered for ?

Do not think I have written anything more than a line of this all day. Brain lock any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps consider what you understand by the term offering a differentiated curriculum.
Think of how you provide a curriculum that is responsive to the learner's needs-not presenting the same curriculum to everyone.

For example, think about equality of access, how do you ensure that discriminatory barriers to access are removed and allow for children’s individual needs?

Remember its really all about ensuring flexibility, and having the ability to adapt and develop provision to meet the needs of the children.

It is also about reflection and identifying future needs, enhancements and modifications that may be needed.
