402 staff meeting.

Have been asked to chair a staff meeting, has anyone done this and what did they plan to discuss. I would love any feedback. Many thanks

staff meeting

Hi
I am not sure if this helps but you could plan in a review of your policys, most of them would stay the same but maybe pick out a few points to update.
Hope that works!!

A fundraising event and awareness campaign ?

Your meeting agenda should set out a timetable of 'what to's so don't feel too under pressure to lead ad hoc :proposetoast:

Have a good one

Have you chosen your optional units yet? You could always run a staff meeting around one of those and then you can cross ref. I used staff minutes more than once. I used them for 412 when we discussed a recent parents questionnaire. I also used them for policy amendments too.

I'm sure all your colleagues will support you and be fair when you chair the meeting. You'll be fine i'm sure!:proposetoast:

I was observed last summer chairing the staff meeting and one of the comments was there were lots of "do's and don'ts, do the staff have an opportunity to make input and ownership?" the staff did input but I didn't make this clear, thay also feedback from training, it just happened it was my turn to feedback! Hope this helps a little!
