Hi can anyone advise on 405 and who is my key stakeholders in my area. Is it local council or am I on the wrong track??

I didn't do 405 - but my thinking is that stakeholders are everyone who is involved in your setting. For instance: I am a Manager of a pre-school that is run by a committee. So my stakeholders are: parents, carers, committee members, staff.

I struggled with this!!

My assessor described a stakeholder as someone who has a keen interest in my business. So for me it was mainly my business partner, i described how i ensured he was aware of important decisions that had to be made, how we were doing financially etc.

I also talked about our early years team, the pla and the company who we provide workplace childcare for.

Thank you everyone I also have found out that key stake holders are local authority too
