Hi,
i was also stuck on this until today when my assessor came in!! She told me to include things like:- if they live in a busy city their would be lots of car fumes affecting their health, sickle cell disease, different language barriers ie polish, chinese. For disabilities a child may have problems walking and may need to wear a padded hat for protection. Stage of development would be the fact that they are little and cupboard corners are at their eye height etc.
Anyway hope this helps.
