Hiya, to help further can you identify the single steps your own planning, evaluation and implementation takes ? How and when you gather the information to plan, if you have an evening a week .. or maybe a group meeting when you discuss and prepare for it .. delivery in the setting .. time & place to review/evaluate and plan again ..

There's diagram in the planning document thread that might help 'map what you do in practice ..
