how to involve/support colleagues in implementing improvements resulting from the monitoring and review processes 402.2 4

Has anybody got anything to help

this could be reviewing improvemnts asking for feedback from staff
questionnaires to staff
co-ordinators - giving areas of responsibilities
meetings - full staff meeting, team/room meetings, senior/management meetings
observing any improvements making sure staff are working in line with the improvements
sending staff on relevant training
