Please please I have been reading this question over and over for about an hour now!
408.1
Support the assesment of childrens's physical development, using observations and feedback from reliable sources, including families and children themselves.
This question also appears in other units and changes which development its focused on.
I just dont know what they actually want when they say support!

Hi

Support proberly means what you provide and plan for the children to aid them in their development. Think about when you plan and access children what you do to nsure everyone can take part.
Try looking at physical development in a level 3 book.
Have you looked over 403??
I just finished 407 and i think 407 and 408 are quite similar

Thanks i've done 403 and 407 and i've done all the k & u questions for 408! My tutor is not one for cross referencing which is a nightmare cause I find these units all sort of merge into one. I was a bit confused cause one pc is support and one is facilitate I enclosed a copy of my planning and continous provisions for facilitate, so wasnt sure if support meant my staff or the framework. I keep tryin to look at it from a managers point of view.
