Nobody to ask from training provider
Been asked to do a reflective account by giving examples of how and when you have encouraged other to reflect on practice and sare their knowledge.
The account need to cove the following points. 401.3
M768 Create opportunities for others to discuss their work
M769 Foster an environment in which others fell able to discuss their
C770 progress and share concerns
C771 Allow others to discuss what they do and actively listen to what they have to say
C772 Help others to structure, evaluate and learn from their experiences

Do I write about a different reflective account for each not sure where to start

Do you do support and supervision with your staff members? I used one I did on my Deputy and wrote it all up. I also used staff meeting minutes as well. Hope this helps

My assesor came and observed me doing a staff meeting making sure I covered all the points you mentioned. If she wants a reflective account perhaps you could write up the mins of a staff metting or group discussion.

you only really need to do one RA for this and cover everything! do a staff meeting where you have focused on a piece of work. ( make it up if it didnt exactly happen!!)
