The Growing Schools website has a new address www.growingschools.org.uk and a new look. The content has also had a thorough make over so it’s now much easier to use. In Places to Visit you can not only find 1068 farms, 88 gardens, 166 nature reserves and 400 other locations that offer a real, hands-on learning experience, but it’s also quick and easy to identify those local to your area. There are also hundreds of teaching resources on the site, ranging from individual factsheets to complete schemes of work. You can search on both curriculum subjects and key stages to home in on the selection most relevant to your needs.
