401 Really do not know how to get started
 

:dizzy: Have been given unit 401 children's care, learning & Development

CCLD 401, 1 401.3 and knowledge and understanding questions

Plus a booklet.


Do I just answer the question in the unit 401.1 or the one's in the booklet.
Have been given no help. just left with the paperwork. Have already completed my NVQ level 3. But at college.

401.1. 1 = Initiate relationships with collegues that help them adjust to and develop their roles and responsibilities

I worked my way through the Knowlege and unsderstanding questions saying what I did in my setting that was relevent in the question. My assessor visits me once a month and decides what she can observe me on ( I think she observed me doing a staff meeting for 401) then anything we havent covered I do as proffesional discussion and she tapes me. I remember feeling totally overwhelmed by 401 having never done an nvq before. Im now nearing the end hopfully - ask your assessor what she wants you to do as each one is different.
