K4P784 Please help : community resources to support equality

The resources and information available in the community to support equality of access, inclusion and participation.

Please can someone put me on the right track. I am very unsure of what i am suppose to be looking at.
Am i suppose to be looking at things like, mobile library bus that encourages reading. The samaritans etc. I am really confused on this one.
Really appreciate any suggestions. thanks :banghead:

For this question you are looking at resources such as Toddler groups, library wither you have a children's centre, coffee morning places within your community that provide the above.

Hi there, Also your local inclusion teacher should be able to point you in the right direction. Do you have an children's centre (Surestart) or an ICAN centre near you for speech and language difficulties or other problems young children have. Your community teacher teacher may be able to help too. Hope this helps. Debs

We have a Disability centre fairly close by and the local swimming pool has a range of inclusive practices that could well apply to Childcare facilities / services - I think the DAD centre is charity/not for profit & provides a mobility service to town users - both are community resources I'd consider including ..

Just read the comments and they are all good. Could I suggest that you include the health visitor or maybe contact her for her ideas as well.
