Can anyone please help me start some questions, i am having a bit of a brain freeze.
'use of the planning cycle to evaluate and implement improvements to the service.'
I just do not know how to start this question.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks.

I am also stuck on 'what barriers to participation and difficulties in accessing provision and service might be e.g. language, mobility, lack of information about services, apprehension about how children will fare using services and how you would use policies and procedures to ensure these were recognised and addressed.

This question is just gobbledey gook to me, i just don't know how to start it, please help.
