K4m797 data protection

418 K4M797 Data protection and confidentiality and security of infomation relevant to your work

can any one help with this question. there is no information in the early years books for level 4 and 5

Freedom of information act 2005
I also wrote about recruitment, crb checks, identity checks and confidentiality agreements with volunteers
