Unit 413 K010 How to develop and use an evaluation chart and 413 K011 Legal, regulatory and ethical requirements affecting your work with children and families in your home country. Any help at all would be appreciated.

how would you make a chart that shows the childs progress, you know it would prob be a list of the development mile stones and youd highlight them when they are reached then a box at the bottom summerising.

next bit is just saying what laws, morals, policies and regulations do you have to follow which effect your work. e.g. the equal oppertunities act states that it is illigal to discriminate against people and children due to their race, age etc (add quote) and my settings ethics, policies and procedures also state that anti bias anti discriminatory practice should be used, this effects my work as it makes it better and all my planning is inclusive and no child or family are treated unfairly.
