Personally I would rather see the same doctor each time who knows me and my family and have a more personal relationship with the doctor and surgery than be an anonymous face in a large polyclinic.

or do I just have a really good service already. My surgery does everything a polyclinic would do and they know their patients. Must go too often, the receptionists know me by name now!!
