HI I am new to this site. I started the level 4 in February and have just been given my 1st essay. I have got to write a 3000 word essay onThe ability to establish and develop working relationships is central to your role. Discuss how you fulfil this aspect of your job. I think I am on the write track by writing about encouraging staff to work as a team, what a good leader/manager is, how to manage conflict in staff, inclusion in staff confidentiallity, anti discrimitory etc. I have got to work with the knowledge points as well, Can anybody tell me if I am on the right tracks. Thank you

Establishing new relationships with external organisations, businesses, enterprises, networks and other childcare providers could also be a consideration. How you found the information or would find it and perhaps how you'd retain - where necessary & build on the links made.
