Assessment on physical activity

just wondered if anyone hand any ideas on a physical activity i could do with 2 and 3 yr olds to include warm up and wind down, being assessed soon on unit 307 ccld (promote the health and physical development of children)and a bit worried about this as the class i have to do this activity with are quite hard work with a few children with behavioural issues, need an activity that will keep them focused and allow me to be observed on what my assessor needs to see.
Any help appreciated!

Ours loved the Sticky Kids Cds. Once they were familiar with the songs & routines it was a great activity.

We also had a 'Time out area with someone ready to take the children who'd had enough bobbing & dancing :D .. not sure if you have a staff member/TA to help out for that but it was good for the more challenging children to be able to step away without causing too much disruption for the others.

hth and huge best wishes for the assessment

They have a main website Sticky Kids.net that has sample tracks on you can listen to, wind the bobbin up & funky monkey are good :D lol and lots more educational info as well, but I have a feeling they might be cheaper on amazon !?

If you;ve got a few weeks to prepare I'd be tempted to test out a few ideas between now and then and observe - then re-use the best ones for the day of the inspection so the children have an idea what to do and nothing is coming as a great shock.... plus if you're going to get nervous you'll be doing something routine so should be a bit of a calmer for you
