Business plans in PreSchool ?
 

Does anyone have a business plan in place for their Pre School ?

I have an ongoing plan for Silkysteps which I treat more as my long/medium & short term planning :D (can't ever take preschool out of the person lol !!) it's evaluated and changed regularly .. but wondered if it's been suggested to introduce a more 'business like strategy to operating Pre schools ?
