Mentoring Safeguarding 🤔
 

How did people go about mu54-3.2 Mentor and support other practitioners to develop the skills to safeguard children and young people , I am a childminder and my tutor has suggested I could mentor my assistant over the phone for her to listen as she cant visit as she is over 4 hours away , but I'm wandering what other ways I could do this question maybe a training document ?
