I've really hit a wall with this one .arghh, can anyone help, a few examples of a transition that fits under each heading would be great;

An evaluation of how the following types of transitions can affect children and young people:
Emotional
Physical
Physiological
Intellectual

For each of the transitions above, explain how a positive relationship can support children and young
People

It covers the following learning outcomes;
5.1: explain how different types of transitions can affect children and young people's development
5.2: evaluate the effect on children and young people of having positive relationships during periods of transition
