Health and well-being care factors
 

Hi I’m struggling with outcome 2 2.1 explain the personal care factors which affect children’s health and well-being.
I have read and looked in the level 3 children and young people’s workforce and can’t even to find any information that helps me.
The points I need help on are:
:SOS helpCare of skin, hare, teeth, allowing for differences based on choice, ethnicity and culture.
Play,rest and sleeptimes
Nutrition and hydration
Sun awareness
Care of nappy area
Dressing and undressing
Toileting
Supporting independence for welfare
Encouraging and modelling good personal hygiene with children.

If you this level 3 handbook page 256 looks at rest & sleep, nutrition on pages 265+ and toileting on page 273, sun protection on page 333,
