Could anyone help with question 2.3 describe ways to ensure that your personal attitudes, values or beliefs do not impact on inclusive practice

Hi, a warm welcome to the site.

In an earlier criteria you might of identified what your beliefs and values are? and how you feel about other's different lifestyle choices eg. being vegan, not/getting married. Religion and faith, gender steryotypes, parenting styles, your childhood experiences compared to other's, discrimination and disability. So you would be able to say that these are the personal views, opinions, beliefs and values that you hold most important whilst at the same time being able to recognise that others hold different values that are as equally important to them?

Every individual has the legal right to access your service if it's appropriate for them. So to make sure your working practice is inclusive, something the EYFS (if you work in england) requires as a minimum standard would you consider you ...

use reflective practice to help you evaluate and navigate your practice and the diverse experiences you have and will encounter
understand how everyone is different
understand your duty of care and the the seriousness of safeguarding policies and procedures which means you protect children from harm and abuse without discrimination.
respect that everyone is different
have a positive attitude when listening to others who have different views and opinions to you
be able to talk positively about your personal beliefs and values
ask for support if you find a situation difficult
ask questions whenever you're genuinely interested in the reply and know how beneficial partnerships are the supporting children's overall/holistic development
be able to recognise discrimination, prejudice, bias and know how to respond to it.

If you're studying STL level 3 page 3 explores building relationships and showing respect, being considerate, remembering issues which are personal to them, taking time to listen to others, being clear on key points, communicating effectively, maintaining a sense of humour for your own well-being and as an icebreaker.
Page 121 looks at How own values, belief sytstems and experiences may affect own working practice and being able to evaluate own performance.
