B1 Develop and evaluate operational plans

Hi hopefully someone can help

I decided to do this module as one of my optionals, but I feel like I have bitten off a bit more than I can chew, or should I say I thought that it was in terms of plans, supervisions, observations etc; it seems a whole lot more than that.

please someone give guidance to help me :dizzy:

Hi, B1 Develop and evaluate operational plans relates specifically to your area of responsibility so unless you have a role in finances & the business plan, policies & procedures, development of the prospectus, aims and statements & partnership materials you may be looking at organising plans, supervisions, observations into a formalised structure :)

You'll find good reading in the Level 5 Leadership handbook on Amazon.co.uk

Unit details from OCR http://www.ocr.org.uk/Images/109236-...onsibility.pdf

1.1 Identify operational objectives within own area of responsibility
ie. are you involved with

The overall objectives of the organisation and the goals they are responsible for achieving
Market opportunities and developments within the sector
The organisation’s actual and potential customer base
Competitors within their objectives, strategies and plans
Legal, regulatory and ethical requirements of the sector
Methods that can be used to analyse objectives

Hth, best wishes
