Explain the stages of imaginative play?

this is what I wrote for stages of imaginative play:

According to Early Years Outcomes (DfE 2013, pages 31–33) the stages of imaginative play for children are:
birth to 20 months- babies and toddlers need to explore the world and develop a range of ways to communicate before they can express their own ideas through arts and design.
16 to 26 months- expressing themselves through physical action and sounds, pretending that one object represents another, especially when said objects have characteristics in common.
22 to 36 months- beginning to use representation to communicate e.g drawing a line and saying “that's me” and beginning to make believe by pretending.
30 to 50 months- sings to self and makes up simple songs and rhythms. Uses movement to express feelings, creates movement in response to music. Noticing and imitating what adult do, mostly spontaneously when adults are not around. Engages in imaginative role play based on own first hand experiences. Building stories around toys. Using available resources to create props to support role play, capturing experiences and responses with a range of media e.g. music, paint, dance etc.
40 to 60+ months- creates simple representations of events, people and objects. Initiates new combinations of movement and gesture in order to express and respond to feelings, ideas and experiences. Chooses particular colours to use for a purpose. Plays alongside other children who are engaged in the same theme, often introducing a storyline into their play. Plays co-operatively as part of a group to develop and act out a narrative.
